Call Investorline on 0800 41 41 61 any time between 9am and 6pm, seven days a week, to speak to one of our Customer Account Executives for answers to general enquiries or to: 
  • request product information and literature
  • get valuations and fund prices
  • make changes to account details
  • buy, sell and switch funds (if you have an existing account) 

When you call please have your Customer Reference Number ready as we will be introducing a new two step identity-verification process that will be based on your Customer Reference Number and a PIN you set yourself. This is part of some improvements we are making to our security procedures. Your Customer Reference Number can be found on your annual statement and valuation and is a ten digit number starting with 100. Find out more about setting up your PIN.

  • get an account balance
  • check fund prices
  • order a statement and valuation
  • order product information  

The first time you use the service, you'll need to set up a PIN.  To do this you'll need your 10-digit Customer Reference Number (starting 100******) plus one of your account numbers.  If you don't have your Customer Reference Number, please call us on 0800 41 41 25.
