Director dealings: Brickability CEO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Brickability Group revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Alan Simpson had acquired 553,642 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed construction materials distributor. Simpson, who took over as CEO in 2016, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 67.75p each, for a total value of £375,092.46.

Following the transaction, Simpson holds a beneficial interest in 35.0m ordinary Brickability shares, representing roughly 11.0% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1650 GMT, Brickability shares were down 1.49% at 66.0p.
