Investment objective
The aim of this Fund is to provide long-term capital growth over a period of 5 years or more. The Fund has at least 70% of its investments in shares of companies domiciled, incorporated or having significant business in the UK which the Manager believes will provide above-average returns. The Fund invests primarily in small companies. The Manager selects shares based upon analysis of a company’s financial status, quality of its management, expected profitability and prospects for growth.

Chris joined AXA Framlington in 2005 and is the lead fund manager responsible for the UK Small Companies fund and the Throgmorton Trust. Chris is also responsible for the management of a number of pension funds focused on UK small and mid cap companies. Prior to this, Chris worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as part of the London Middle Market Business Advisory Service.
