An employee since 2014, Matt joined the firm as a graduate trainee. He holds a BA in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford. Matt is a CFA charterholder.

Hiten Savani has over 17 years investment experience and has been closely associated with Fidelity’s systematic equity strategies since 2010 when he joined the company. In his role as Investment Director, Hiten was involved with the evolution of the Fidelity Research Strategy, including the development of the FIRST global strategies, which were launched in 2013 and the Sustainable Research Enhanced strategy. He was also involved in institutional product strategy and development. He became Portfolio Manager in 2013. Previously Hiten was a member of the Portfolio Strategy group at Goldman Sachs.
