Investment objective
The Fund aims to provide capital growth by investing in equity and equity related securities of companies worldwide that are associated with the global transition towards lower carbon sources of energy and which meet the investment manager’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria. The Fund is actively managed and invests at least 80% of its assets in a concentrated range of equity and equity related securities of companies worldwide that contribute to the global transition towards lower carbon sources of energy, such as lower carbon energy production, distribution, storage, transport and associated supply chain material providers and technology companies. The Fund will only invest in companies that generate at least 50% of their revenue from activities contributing to the transition, or those which play critical roles in the transition and are increasing their exposure to such activities.
