Investment objective
The Fund aims to increase the value of investor's investment over a period of 5 years or more. The Fund will obtain exposure to equities or equity related securities of companies (those domiciled, incorporated or having significant business) in the United Kingdom (the “UK”). The Fund may also invest a proportion of its assets in global companies listed in the UK. The Investment Manager is not restricted in terms of size, industry or geographical split within the UK. The Fund is a feeder fund and will seek to achieve its objective by investing at least 95% of its net assets in the Fidelity UK Equity Fund (the “Master Fund”) which is a sub-fund of Fidelity Common Contractual Fund II (an Irish UCITS operated by Fidelity).
