Can’t see our refer-a-friend offer?

  1. Sign up to the offer using your email address
  2. Check your inbox and access the sharing dashboard for your unique link 
  3. Share your unique link with as many friends as you’d like
  4. To qualify for the offer, your friend needs to sign up and open a Stocks & Shares ISA, Self-Invested Personal Pension (SIPP) or Investment Account with a lump sum of £5,000 or more​
  5. Once your friend’s account is opened and validated, you’ll both receive a £100 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card*

They will have the opportunity to tell us your name on the review details section before they open their account. If they open the account without including your name, unfortunately, you won't receive the reward. 

There could be a few reasons. Please check you are using the same email address you used to sign up to the offer and that the reward email hasn’t gone into your junk folder. 

If you haven’t received your reward email after a week and you believe your referral meets the offer criteria, please contact us providing you and your friend’s names and email addresses and we will look into this for you. This will ensure we have time to look into your query before the reward code redemption period (120 days).

Remember, it can take up to 120 days for your referral to be validated/declined. If however, you believe your referred friend has met all the offer criteria and 3 months have passed since they opened their new account, please contact us providing you and your friend’s names and email addresses and we will look into this for you. We will not be able to validate/decline referrals before 90 days have passed.

Reward codes need to be redeemed within 120 days of receiving your reward email. After this time, the code will expire and we will not be able to re-issue you with another one. Once the code is redeemed it can be used on Amazon.co.uk. Please see http://www.amazon.co.uk/gc-legal for information on expiry dates.

Unfortunately, you need to sign up to the offer before making your investment, in order for us to send you a reward email.

Ask your friend to resend the link. If it still doesn’t work please contact us and we will look into this for you.

If you opened an account with less than £5,000 unfortunately you will not qualify for the reward.

No, both the referrer and referee need to have separate email addresses in order to receive their rewards.

Please contact us with the name, address and code you're using and we will try to assist you. If there are no problems with the gift card issued, you may need to contact Amazon.co.uk directly.
