Director dealings: Conduit CEO adds 25,000 shares to his holding

(Sharecast News) - Reinsurance specialist Conduit Holdings was in focus on Tuesday, after its chief executive officer bought 25,000 shares across five transactions. The company disclosed that Trevor Carvey paid an average of 314.6p across the investments, spending a total of £78,660.

In the first tranche of 5,000 shares, Carvey paid 320p per share for a total of £16,000, while in the second he paid 318.5p each for a value of £15,925.

Carvey paid 314.7p for each share in the third transaction, spending 15,735, while in the fourth he paid 312p per share for a total of £15,600.

In the fifth and final tranche of 5,000 shares, Conduit said the CEO paid 308p for each share, valuing the transaction at £15,400.

All of the transactions took place on Friday, and the company confirmed that Carvey's total shareholding now stood at 295,630 of its shares.
