Director dealings: Frenkel Topping non-exec linked to £3.9m purchase

(Sharecast News) - Frenkel Topping was at the top of the list of director deals on Monday, after a transaction worth almost £3.9m was linked to one of its non-executive directors. The AIM-traded professional and financial services firm said Harwood Capital LLP bought 6,675,000 shares on Friday, as investment manager to the North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust (NASCIT).

It said the shares were purchased in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.

NASCIT paid 58p for each share, valuing it at £3,871,499.89.

Frenkel Topping said its non-executive director Christopher Mills is also a director of NASCIT, and was now interested in 38 million of its shares, representing 29.82% of its issued capital.
