Director dealings: Great Portland, EAT board members make purchases

(Sharecast News) - Great Portland Estates was among the companies on the list of buys on Thursday, after an executive director was linked to a near-£30k share purchase. The company said Elizabeth Ann Nicholson picked up 6,376 shares on 14 June, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.

Nicholson paid 468p for each share, valuing the transaction at a total of £29,839.68.

In its disclosure, Great Portland Estates said Elizabeth Ann Nicholson is a "person closely associated" with its executive director, Dan Nicholson.

Elsewhere, European Assets Trust reported a director purchase of 25,000 shares.

The firm said board director Stuart Paterson bought 25,000 shares on 14 June as well, also in a single purchase on London's market.

Paterson paid 91.6991p for each share, giving the investment a total value of £22,924.78.

At 1227 BST, shares in Great Portland Estates were down 0.95% at 457p, while those in European Assets Trust were flat at 91p.
