Director dealings: Jadestone Energy, Insig AI execs invest
(Sharecast News) - Among the director dealings disclosed to the market in London on Tuesday were large purchases made by insiders at Jadestone Energy and Insig AI. Jadestone Energy said its executive chairman, Dr Adel Chaouch, acquired 309,000 ordinary shares at a price of 24.75p each, for a total consideration of £76,478.
The transaction, which took place on 24 March, marked Dr Chaouch's first shareholding in the company.
He now held 0.06% of Jadestone's issued share capital.
Separately, Insig AI disclosed that its chief executive officer, Richard Bernstein, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares at 18.36p per share, also on 24 March.
The acquisition took his total holding to 23,640,880 shares, representing 19.71% of the company's total voting rights.
It said the updated figure included shares from a subscription announced on the same day.
At the close on Tuesday, shares in Jadestone Energy were down 1.22% at 24.2p, while those in Insig AI were 5.07% firmer at 19.7p.
