Director dealings: Keywords Studios, Audioboom directors invest
(Sharecast News) - Keywords Studios was at the top of the list of director buys on Thursday, after both its chairman and another board member made personal investments in the company. The AIM-traded video games technical and creative services provider said non-executive chair Ross Graham bought 4,557 of its shares on Wednesday.
Graham paid 2,183.47p for each share, spending a total of £99,500.62.
The company also disclosed that non-executive director David Reeves purchased 470 shares on Thursday for 2,116p apiece, investing a total of £9,945.20.
It said both purchases were made in the market, as "personal investments".
Elsewhere, Audioboom reported that its chairman had spent almost £50k on a purchase of shares on Thursday, adding to his more-than-4% holding.
The AIM-listed podcast producer and distributor said Michael Tobin boughtb 3,067 shares at a price of 1,570p each, valuing the transaction at £48,151.90.
Following the purchase, Audioboom said Tobin held 683,344 of its shares, representing about 4.2% of its issued share capital.
