Director dealings: Moonpig CEO raises stake
(Sharecast News) - Moonpig revealed on Thursday that chief executive Nickyl Raithatha had acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed greeting cards business. Raithatha, who took over as CEO back in 2018, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 114.0p, for a total value of £114,000.
Earlier in December, Moonpig lowered full-year sales forecasts as it warned that trading conditions had become "progressively more challenging" through October and November.
As of 1620 GMT, Moonpig shares were up 0.18% at 112.50p.
