Director dealings: React CFO makes share purchase
(Sharecast News) - React Group revealed on Thursday that chief financial officer Spencer Dredge had acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed FM industry support services provider. Dredge, who was appointed to the board of React in December 2023, purchased the shares at an average price of 72.19p each, for a total value of £7,219.
As of 1610 GMT, React shares were down 1.11% at 72.19p.
