Director dealings: Sirius CEO invests, TBC Bank executive sells shares
(Sharecast News) - Sirius Real Estate disclosed a number of share transactions involving its chief executive officer Andrew Coombs, and a person closely associated (PCA) with him, Sharon Clarke-Wills, on Wednesday. Over two days, Coombs acquired a total of 3,740,973 shares at prices ranging from 87.266p to 87.8p per share, with 1,120,973 of those shares allocated to a self-invested personal pension (SIPP).
Post-transaction, Coombs held a beneficial interest in 11,659,625 shares, equating to 0.7712% of the company's issued share capital.
Additionally, Clarke-Wills purchased 50,000 shares at 87.344p each on 18 November, also transferring them into a SIPP.
Her holding now stood at 50,000 shares, representing 0.0033% of the company's issued share capital.
Both transactions were conducted outside a trading venue.
On the selling side of things, TBC Bank Group reported the sale of 4,894 shares by Nino Masurashvili, deputy chief executive officer of its subsidiary JSC TBC Bank.
The shares were sold on 20 November at an average price of 3,250p each, amounting to a total transaction value of £159,066.97.
It was executed on the London Stock Exchange.
At 1351 GMT, shares in Sirius Real Estate were down 1.94% at 85.8p, while those in TBC Bank Group were down 0.46% at 3,260p.
