FTSE 250 movers: WoS surges on upgrade; Oil stocks slip

Watches of Switzerland was sharply higher after an upgrade to 'buy' at Deutsche Bank.

IP Group soared after revealing it would net £134m from its stake in fraud-detection group Featurespace after it was bought by global payment giant Visa.

Oil miners fell on the back of a slide in crude prices after a report that Saudi Arabia was winding back production cuts.
