Director dealings: MyCelx director ups stake

(Sharecast News) - MyCelx Technologies revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director André Schnabl had acquired 71,598 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed clean water technology company. Schnabl, who joined MyCelx in 2019, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 54.00p each, for a total value of £38,662.92.

Following the transaction, Schnabl holds 118,011 common shares in MyCelx, representing 0.51% of the company's total issued capital.

As of 1610 BST, MyCelx shares were up 5.33% at 54.77p.
