Director dealings: RWS Holdings CEO ups stake

(Sharecast News) - RWS Holdings revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Ian El-Mokadem had acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed intellectual support services firm. El-Mokadem, who joined RWS in July 2021, purchased the shares at an average price of 176.40p, for a total value of £8,820.

Following the transaction, El-Mokadem holds 195,000 ordinary RWS shares.

As of 1625 BST, RWS shares were up 19.07% at 199.33p.
