Director dealings: Sabre Insurance director raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Sabre Insurance revealed on Friday that non-executive director Bryan Joseph had acquired 32,796 ordinary shares in the London-listed motor insurer. Joseph, who joined Sabre's board in June 2023, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 151.69p each, for a total value of £49,748.25.

Following the transaction, Joseph holds a beneficial interest in 57,651 ordinary Sabre shares, representing approximately 0.023% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1630 BST, Sabre shares were up 4.78% at 156.74p.
