Director dealings: Time Finance CFO makes share purchase

(Sharecast News) - Time Finance revealed on Wednesday that chief financial officer James Roberts had acquired 22,482 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed finance provider. Roberts, who joined Time Finance in May 2017, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 43.30p each, for a total value of £9,734.71.

Following the transaction, Roberts holds a beneficial interest in 637,488 ordinary Time Finance shares, representing 0.69% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1535 BST, Time Finance shares were up 3.26% at 44.40p.
