Spaceandpeople scores five-year contract with Network Rail and Southeastern Trains

(Sharecast News) - Retail space provider Spaceandpeople said on Monday that it has secured a new five-year contract with Network Rail and Southestern Trains. Spaceandpeople said the deal will see the company deliver exhibitions, events and promotions for Network Rail and Southeastern trains - a continuation of its relationship with the former and a new one with the latter.

The AIM-listed group said the contract continues to provide "significant coverage" of major London and regional railway stations, giving it access to "many of the highest footfall venues" across the UK.

"The award of this contract is still subject to satisfactory completion of various processes in compliance with the Concession Contract Regulations 2016 and to contract signing which is anticipated to take place during August 2024," said Spaceandpeople.

As of 1355 BST, Spaceandpeople shares had shot up 9.39% to 90.25p.
