Director dealings: Netcall non-exec chair sells 1.7m shares

(Sharecast News) - Among the director dealings disclosed to the market in London today were transactions involving Netcall and Rolls-Royce. At Netcall, non-executive chair Henrik Bang sold 1,717,000 ordinary shares at 111p per share.

Of those, 782,000 shares were sold from Bang's self-invested pension plan and ISA holdings as part of estate planning, while the remaining 935,000 shares were sold to satisfy investor demand.

Following the transaction, Bang retained 4,463,777 shares, representing 2.7% of the company's total voting rights.

Netcall said Bang had no immediate plans for further sales.

Meanwhile, at Rolls-Royce, two non-executive directors participated in a share purchase plan.

Wendy Mars acquired 321 shares at 568.416p each, while Birgit Behrendt purchased 193 shares at the same price.

Both transactions were part of ongoing purchase plans established for non-executive directors.

At the close on Thursday, shares in Netcall were down 1.8% at 109p, while those in Rolls-Royce Holdings were up 0.59% at 581.4p.
